Claims and solving of disputes
Our company will:
  • establish and realize the adequate procedures which ensure that the claims of members of pension funds managed by the Company are solved in an adequate way, and that there are no limitations for the realization of the rights of the members,
  • establish and realize the adequate procedures which ensure that the information regarding the procedure of solving claims of the members of the pension funds are available to the members of the pension funds and HANFA, and
  • keep records and keep the documentation on all the claims of the members of the pension funds and the measures that were undertaken regarding the same for at least five years from the day of he last proceeding per a claim.
Furthermore, regarding solving of disputes between our pension company and the members, and without a possibility of affecting the possibility of solving of these disputes before the court or another competent authority, our pension company ensures the conditions for out-of-court peaceful solving of disputes through the Conciliation Centre with the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
